TBG Equity was founded by a team that partners with current owners to invest in or acquire companies in the Western U.S. with revenues between $5M-$25M, EBITDA under $4M. We focus on established, profitable companies where the current owner(s) is either looking to retire, partner with a proven team, or has genuine concern for the future of his/her business and employees. 

TBG Equity provides access to an energetic management team, committed to ensuring the long-term growth and preserving the culture, reputation, and customer relationships of any investment it undertakes. Our capital resources ensure the ownership transitions can happen smoothly and on flexible terms. Generally, we prefer opportunities with continuing management and senior leadership, but we are also happy to consider investment in which management and manager owners are transitioned out of the business over a reasonable time period. Attractive compensation programs and incentive-based options for owners and/or senior managers are an integral part of our investment philosophy.
