Aria Ziatabari builds and scales platform businesses within TBG Equity’s portfolio, driving growth that fuels the group’s acquisition strategy.
Before co-founding TBG Equity, Aria began his post-MBA career at Lionfish Advisors, advising founder-led and privately held businesses in the $2–$50M revenue range on acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic growth initiatives. Within TBG Equity’s portfolio, he has held multiple leadership roles, including serving as COO of Cadence Electrical Supply and, since late 2021, President of Perfect Fit, a turnaround platform in the campervan, automotive, and marine sectors. |
Under his leadership, Perfect Fit has grown revenue 7x through a combination of acquisitions and organic expansion while increasing EBITDA into the seven-figure range over the past five years.
Aria holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis. |
